About the Role
Oversee all social media accounts – Facebook, Instagram, and Blog, as well as Meta publishing dashboard
Manage all promotions and advertisements reporting to Brand Manager and Founder
Review analytics to assess success and recommend improvements for future ads.
Develop strategies to increase followership and engagement.
Develop miscellaneous content to increase followership.
Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner.
Manage social media engagement during special events, such as Facebook Live and other live posts.
Take photos & video at the farm and events and upload albums to Facebook.
Manage and organize photo albums
Connect with all staff to keep up to date with stories and news
Manage Google for Non-Profits account and optimize all tools and schedule ads
All content must be prepared to be reviewed for approval
Requirements
Strong knowledge of social media principles, practices
Ability to learn and adhere to brand voice, farm policies and marketing goals.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work well both individually and as a part of a team.
Excellent time management skills to consistently meet deadlines.
Hybrid: Applicants must be able to travel to the farm weekly to create content
