Reconciling Accounts - Monthly
Cash Flow and Forecasting Analysis - Monthly
Manage Accounts receivable and payable
Year End Assistance to Accountant
Tax Receipting for charitable Organization to be completed prior to end of Feb - Annually
Support with efficiencies where applicable
In Person meeting - Monthly (1 in person & 1 virtual per month)
Payroll - bi-weekly online directly with CRA, all deductions paid out EI, CPP, EHT, Vacation
Generate Monthly Revenue and Expense reports at end of each month
Requirements
5+ years of accounting and bookkeeping experience
Canadian Payroll & tax experience
Diligent and organized
Strong communication skills
Experience with Non-profit organizations is an asset
